I am dedicated to optimizing athlete performance through specialized Muscle ​Activation Techniques. With 10 years of experience in sports rehabilitation and ​15 years integrating this methodology as a strength & conditioning, I am eager ​to make an impact in the way you move, perform and live your best life.


I had the privilege of working with the National Ski Academy, Canada’s leading ​private medical facility - Medcan, and Bommarito Performance Systems - ​training professional athletes.


My educational journey began with an undergraduate degree in psychology, ​where I took a special interest in sport psychology. I hold a Masters in Muscle ​Activation. Before delving into the realm of muscle activation, I earned a ​postgraduate degree in recreation therapy, specializing in working with ​athletes with physical disabilities.


Outside of my professional endeavours, I am deeply passionate about skiing ​which led me to work as a ski instructor in Whistler. The first marathon I ran ​was in Iceland with Team Diabetes, and cycled 660km from Toronto to ​Montreal in support of People With AIDS Foundation.
